Located on the southeastern border of Santa Rosa California, Bennett Valley is comprised of 15,500 acres of oak-crested peaks and rolling hills of grass. Whether you already live in Bennett Valley, are just visiting, or plan to move here, we can all undoubtedly attest to the magnificent beauty that the valley offers us. Mission Statement
The Bennett Valley Homeowner's Association was established in 1970. The elected 9-member board is comprised of Bennett Valley landowners & residents who have a strong commitment to promoting and preserving the rural, residential character and natural environment of Bennett Valley.
How To Become a Member
We are always looking for new members. Whether a land-holder, or not, you can join by mailing in a completed form (click here for printable form) with the annual dues of $15.00.
History of Bennett Valley
Bennett valley is nestled between three mountainous peaks; Taylor Mountain to the west, Sonoma Mountain to the south, and what are known today as Bennett Peak and Bennett Ridge to the east. To read a history of the area visit The History of Bennett Valley.
