Bennett Valley Grange Fund — Raising Dinners
The Bennett Valley Grange hosts three fund-raising dinners throughout the year. The Annual Chicken Barbecue is held the first Sunday in June and Spaghetti Dinners are held the last Saturday in April and October. These events help raise money for the Bennett Valley Grange projects, while providing a good opportunity to meet Bennett Valley neighbors.
Bennett Valley Clean Up Day
In 1997, the Bennett Valley Homeowner's Association initiated an annual clean-up day for Bennett Valley. Volunteers meet at the Fire Station in the morning, where the clean-up teams are organized to go to different areas of the Valley to pick up trash and litter along the roadways. The clean up days occur twice a year; once in April, and again in October. Participating in a clean up day event is a great way of giving back to the community!
Fireman's Breakfast
Sponsored by the members of the Bennett Valley Volunteer Firefighter's Association, this breakfast is held once a year at the Firehouse on Bennett Valley Road. This event generally takes place on a Sunday morning in the month of April and raises money to help the Firefighters purchase important fire fighting equipment.
