A: Anybody can be a member of the Association. However only members who hold legal title to land in Bennett Valley may vote.

Q: How do I become a member of the Bennett Valley Homeowner's Association

A: Simply call Bobbie Blair at 542-1608, or go to the "How to become a member" page, print the form, mail it in along with your dues and in no time you will be a member.

Q: What do my annual membership dues go to?

A: The dues collected by the BVHA are used to produce and mail the "Voice" newsletter. The BVHA also uses the collected dues for helping our fire department with its various needs, and for legal representation to combat issues and projects which are contrary to the Bennett Valley Area Plan and the mission of the BVHA.

Q: What is the purpose of the Bennett Valley Homeowner's Association?

A: Click on this link to learn more. Our Mission Statement...

Q: I sent an e-mail to you and no one responded.

A: The BVHA is run by a board of directors. Most issues which come before the Association must be discussed with the board members at a scheduled meeting. If your question was other than a brief information derived question, your e-mail comment will not be responded to until the board has had the opportunity to discuss the issue and formulate a response. At that time a response may be made. Suggestions for agenda items can be made on the forum. It is a community bulletin board and provides users with the option of offering agenda item suggestions.

Q: How can I become a member of the Board?

A: The BVHA holds elections for its officers. All active voting members are invited to campaign for election. If you are interested in running or filling a recently vacated position, please call our president Marilee Jensen.
